Account JUST SIMPLY DOESNT WORK! Clicking MANAGE on "Web Hosting" just won't load!

1. so i log in to godaddy

 

2. i click on MY PRODUCTS

 

3. i scroll down to WEB HOSTING

 

4. i click on MANAGE

 

5. loading icon pops up, but keeps loading forever and does nothing, or displays 502 BAD GATEWAY

 

> been doing this since i PAID for my account yesterday

> tried restarting my computer

> tried using different browser
> am on Shared, Economy, Windows, Plesk

 

wtf? someone please help?

Now it works, but I'm getting ALL SORTS OF ERRORS. this is a [removed] nightmare, i went and bought paid hosting, to AVOID these horrors,

 

even installing wordpress gives off errors, so, fine, i deleted out the entire contents of the htdocs directory, deleted all databases, uploaded wordpress latest, created a new database, set in all the configs, went in:

 

- errors trying to install plugins

- errors trying to install themes

 

and then so i tried the AUTO install via plesk,

 

- errors trying to install plugins

- errors trying to install themes

 

i uploaded and extracted the themes into wp-contents -> themes -> activated the theme

 

THEMIFY ULTRA

 

went fine.

 

then a whole host of other errors. server errors. 503. 520. 500.

 

problems installing other plugins.

problems configuring themes.

 

etc etc etc etc.

 

its errors upon errors upon errors, DESPITE A FRESH CLEAN AND MANUAL INSTALL, OR AUTO INSTALL, OR ftp-extract INSTALL.

NOTHING BLOODY WORKS!!!!

 

ERRORS EVERYWHERE SINCE MINUTE 0.

 

I want my money back, PLEASE, this is INSANE!!! you're worse than 95% of FREE WEBHOSTS out there!!! (FYI themify works perfectly on another webhost, but i upgraded to godaddy paid, cuz i just wanted a little bit more SPEED, but all im getting are ERRORS ERRORS ERRORS

- do you think changing my plan from plesk, to cpanel, would help???

i am SUPER annoyed!!!! *TWO DAYS OF THIS!!!*

i even pressed the RESET button and keyed in RESET, and resetted my entire account, and now the progress bar for "initialize/setup" saying "Provisioning... this process might take a few minutes" with the loader bar runnning and refreshing - AND ITS BEEN 30 MINUTES and its still not done yet?!?

 

i went to https://myh.godaddy.com/#/hosting/all , and it says I dont have nothing set up yet. GEEZ!!!

Hi @mobiuz. Sorry you had so much difficulty with this. From what I can tell, there was an issue on our end with this when you originally posted this message. However, that's been cleared up, so it shouldn't be happening anymore. If you are still having trouble, I'd recommend getting in touch with our customer care team so they can take a closer look.

Godaddy is HORRIBLE. STILL NOTHING WORKS.

 

1. logged in to my account, RESET and set up a new (Asia) server.

2. changed my cloudflare DNS to reflect new IP.

3. logged in to Plesk and installed Wordpress.

4. logged in to Wordpress.

5. Tried to install the first single plugin on the fresh wp install --> error 500.

5a. It's a SMALL TINY plugin ffs: https://www.littlebizzy.com/plugins/force-https 

5b. I cant even freaking install the Akismet bloody plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/akismet/

6. Same with any other plugin or theme or anything. int server errors everywhere.

and the last time i tried calling support, there was nobody picking for 10+ minutes.

this has been an extremely poor experience.
