For the last 5-6 months on diffrent timings i have checked to reach so calledaward winning support team online (via chat on website), but always appears to be offline. I have noticed gradually, without knowing or notifying me godaddy has deleted my hosted domains and sometimes, when checked for sites when it does not show up on browser, noticed that some files are deleted oe missing. When emailed or opened ticket for this even, so called support winning team not even bothered to reply. But every year godaddy send an invoice as i have a hosting and domains with godaddy. wtf is this if cannot provide service.
