I was just wondering how to change my billing to yearly. Right now it is set up to be monthly (which we never set up for that). Somehow it changed by itself and is now charging us every month since November. We have been paying yearly since 2014.
Please someone tell me whats going on.

In the My Products area of your Account, next to each product listed there should be an 'Options' button. This will prompt a menu with renewal and other upgrade options.
