Constant problems accessing Dashboard - "clear your cache".

I have constant problems accessing the dashboard from my product screen. It always takes me to a "Can't reach this page" screen. GoDaddy help say "clear your cache" but lifes too short to do this everytime I access GoDaddy, and often it doesn't solve the problem anyway. My account and website are published, and I want to see the stats - but cannot get to it. Any suggestions? Using Edge browser on Win10 - all updated.

I have this problem every so often - I use chrome on a mac and my solution is to either use a private browser window or firefox - and it corrects on it own

It works once, and then if you try to go back to my dashboard again, it still has the same "cannot be found" message. Very frustrating. Have to close down the window and launch another in-private window.
