I am sick and tired of trying to contact Godaddy's support team with no success. The chat button doesn't work. I was billed with no notification and I have canceled the services involved. Now I need a freaking refund!

All renewals are preceded by an email sent to the address on your GoDaddy account. Please be sure this is a valid address and you list "@GoDaddy.com" as a preferred sender on your email plan to prevent them being filtered out to your spam folder.
GoDaddy Chat support is available from 5am-6pm MST (GMT-7), Monday - Friday on our US page: https://www.godaddy.com/help/?countryview=1. While the chat team is helping other customers, the chat option may not be on-screen until the next agent is available.
