If you believe your GoDaddy account has been compromised, allowing another party to access your account and make changes to your products, you will need to contact GoDaddy Customer Care. The volunteer users in this Community have no access to your account in order to assist.
First, contact support and see if you can validate the account, so the GoDaddy guide can help you with recovery. If you're able to reset your email password, do that right away - it's usually the way another party gets access. You can also reset the password on your account. You may also have products in your account that have auto-renewed, so be sure to check that first, by looking for receipts in your email notifying you of that charge.
