How do we make a complaint? Every time one of my domains is due to expire an account manager calls me. I requested a few times that they put a note in my account telling them them they don’t need to call me.
Hi @Ciara. Thanks for taking the time to post your question. I'm not sure why our support team wouldn't update this for you. However, it is something you can change yourself as well. All you have to do is log into your account and visit the Contact Preferences page. From there, you can click Edit next to Phone calls. You should see the option to un-check a box and indicate you don't wish to be called. Make sure to click Save after un-checking it. Hope that helps.
