I want to buy a new domain

Hello
I want to stop the refund process
I want to buy a domain
But I tried a lot and did not succeed
I try in every way to use the existing balance
But to no avail
Look at the picture, it is very disappointing
There is no support to help me
I have been facing this problem for more than a month
Where are the officials? Where is the support?
Why is this happening to me?

Given that this happened a month ago, I believe the money is already back to your payment method. So I would just checkout as if it was a new purchase without any credit as you should have the money back already

We are end users like you - The way I see below is that 

1) You were given an in-store credit

2) Then that credit was transferred back to your original payment method (Credit Card / Bank Account Etc)

 

So you have no in-store credit at this point to purchase a new domain with - you would just purchase it with whatever payment method you have in your account.

 

I would suggest calling GoDaddy support if you need further assistance with this.
