    Live Chat - was the live chat discontinued?

    Why was the live chat discontinued? Does anyone know? I need help renewing one of my hosting accounts

    Live chat was not discontinued, it's available Monday through Friday from 5AM to 6PM (Arizona, USA time zone).  You'll need to make sure you're trying to access it from our United States homepage if you want to get connected.  It's available as of this message.  Thanks.
