Product invoice not covers the real product

Havent received any not, just seen on my card that Godaddy charged 503 USD for hosting renewal ... havent fund any information about why charging this insted of the advertised rate? Thai support center is unavailable so called Singapore paying 30 bucks for listening a guy repeating what he was learning from the book, and not even a try to provide info or solve problem. Finaly received the same pre designed email from noreply, so not even a chance to follow up on my case ... any recommendation for a hosting company which can be reached and dont charge your card with fake deals?

Advertised rates are usually only applied to first-time purchases - not renewals. If you feel that you were charged in error, you will need to contact our billing department. As phone support sounds difficult for you, we suggest you try our chat support for assistance.
