Refund for product purchase by mistake

By mistake I have purchase a new hosting  instead of renewal hoisting for existing site. Although I have cancel the product but haven't received the refund yet.
How to get a refund for canceled product? Also I'm unable to find a live chat on the website and I don't want to make a phone call.  


Scroll to the bottom of this page. In the lower right you'll see a button titled Chat Now. If that doesn't work, call GoDaddy. I've had good luck with their phone support.
