One of our clients paid in advance for Search Engine Visibility for 3 years - and it's now messing up our Wordpress site. We want to cancel Search Engine Visibility but the client is asking if we will get a refund for the remainder of the 3-year subscription payment. Will we?
In the case of that particular product, if they made the purchase over 30 days ago, then they're stuck with it. You may be able to contact support and speak with them about refunding the cost and applying it immediately to a hosting product, but I doubt they will refund the amount remaining on the product.
