Technical Support unable to help with Outlook configuration

Called today 3 times:

1. A lady said the basic solution about email fairly fast and not complete.

Had to call again:

2. Owen, replied after 20 min hold: He had no idea how to make a signature for outlook email and hung up on me and never called back.

Had to call again!!!!

After another 30 min hold:

3. Email address redacted replied gave the signature structure fairly fast and done. BUT regarding my second question: Changing the image on outlook emails so receving party views the image:

I had to wait until he goes and STUDY and FIND OUT how to change it. came back and didn't work we tested twice, then he said maybe its your browser and was not willing to wait to make sure it is working and keep loudly repeating: "YOUR EMAIL WORKS FINE AND IS THER ANYTHING ELSE I CAN HELP YOU WITH?" I dragged him until I was able to send the email test from a chrome and AGAIN IT WAS NOT WORKING and his response was: "YOUR EMAIL WORKS FINE AND IS THER ANYTHING ELSE I CAN HELP YOU WITH? I SEE FROM MY END IT IS WORKING FINE!!!!

I am your customer for many years and this is your service to your customers!!!!

Hey @CustomerFirst, I personally find that GoDaddy support is not the best place for Outlook support. At the end of the day support is only as good as the knowledge of the representative you draw. GoDaddy support specialists are often users just like yourself and with regard to third party applications they may or may not have any specific expertise and/or experience. Often the stellar support for GoDaddy products goes away when you start taking about third party applications.

Know that GoDaddy only has insight into the service they provide. It could very well be that your email could look like it's functioning properly to GoDaddy yet you could still have issues to resolve with Outlook?

I read through your post a couple of times but I can't really make out the issue or if you still require assistance? I'm happy to try and help and I have some experience with Outlook? Perhaps contacting Outlook support might even be an option for you? support.microsoft.com has fairly extensive documentation on things like how to Create an email signature in Outlook. I hope that helps?

...turns out that my two cents is worth less or more depending on the current exchange rate.
