Unable to Process Payment to renew domain

We received a notification to renew domain i.e. details as it is about to expire.  We have tried this on numerous occasions and it refuses to let us do this.  We have tried to Edit our  existing card and then Add a New Payment Method by adding a new card altogether (because our new card has a different number) but still it seems to have refused it.  Please can someone from Godaddy help us with this. 


Looking forward immediate solution from the concerns.
