Why there is no support ticket system in goDaddy

Every time when we have issue, we need to chat with goDaddy's first level support, then I have to make him / her understand, then they will check with the admin. At times if they are not able to provide info they have to transfer the chat to lead / technical / admin (they call it with different names everytime). then we have to explain that person the issue again. OMG.... its nightmare...  v v bad experience with godaddy. Total frustration...

Hi @Tajudeen,

Sorry that you're frustrated about getting help. There isn't a ticketing system but you can chat with us. Just so you know, you can access GoDaddy chat by clicking on the "Product Support" link at the bottom of our United States homepage. You may have to manually change the region you're located in, to the United States if you're not located in the US. The chat button may not appear if the chat queue is super busy. You can leave your browser open to the chat page and the chat button will reappear when the queue becomes available. Chat hours are available Monday through Friday from 5AM to 6PM (Arizona, USA time zone: GMT-7:00). Thanks!

But I can see so much advertisements for goDaddy

So much advertisement only. We are experiencing worst chat support, Do you know is there any ticketing system with them ?
