I have been having the most horrible experience with the Website design team and support.
Amateur draft, no replies, lies, just terrible. Can't believe it. The MS Office, email hosing support is great, always professional. How does the design team continue to stay in business?

If you haven't already done so, I'd suggest contacting them regarding this so you can let them know how you feel. You can request to speak with a supervisor if you don't feel your concerns are being addressed appropriately. I hope everything works out for you.
