I have a google email but when I try to access the admin it won't recognize it. No matter what I do I am unable to even start step 1. Not sure what to do at this point. Can anyone give me some ideas.
I'm not sure I understand your question - If you go to https://analytics.google.com/ you should be able to sign in and setup your first site for stats
