GoDaddy Auctions Listing... Wait time?

I am very first time sales my domain for auctions i check GoDaddy apraser domain worth $703.00 + free website worth $500.00 total worth $1,253.00 .I am auction min $500.00 offer to bid...my auction not listing yet , do i need to wait 72 hours for listing..???
