    Paid for Protection but domain is only on 'basic privacy' - full privacy and protection

    I paid for full privacy and protection but my domain manager tells me it's only on 'basic privacy'. What do i do?

    If it were added on to an existing domain it can take a little time to update.  If you do not see it in your account shortly contact support directly to take a look into the issue.
