Please enter a reasonable offer amount

i am trying to submit a counter-offer for a domain purchase offer and it does not let me, it says "Please enter a reasonable offer amount." this is ridiculous, i have a price for the domain according to its value, not what your system thinks is low enough.
    what the hack??

Thank you Justin for the reply. Sorry I guess it wasn't clear, now re-reading I see it can be misunderstood... I am the owner!!!

I have received a buying offer, and trying to submit a counter-offer (my requested price for selling the domain) which is significantly higher than the initial offer, the system doesn't let me but instead says "Please enter a reasonable offer amount"...

Doesn't even specify what would "reasonable" be.

@domsell Understand now. Not sure what the issue is here, I wonder if it has anything to do with the $50,000 limit? https://www.godaddy.com/help/selling-domains-with-offercounter-offer-or-buy-now-listings-891 I'd email auctions@godaddy.com and ask.

@domsell The domains listed on Godaddy are owned by private parties, not Godaddy. The registrant more than likely has a minimum offer amount set for the domain. Keep in mind, just because you feel its worth one price doesn't mean the owner will sell it for that price.

    ah ah.

yes, probably it's about the $50k limit. in order to ask for more than 50k i need to list my domain=buy membership to their marketplace.

not going to even waste my time on that...

    anyway thank a lot!
