I purchased a domain on Dec 5 from GoDaddy. After numerous phone calls and promises on X date, and Y date and Z date the domain will be in my account nothing has happened. I have emailed auctions twice and they haven't replied in 8 days. I was told I would receive an email from them directly and I have received nothing. I was also in a chat with a CSR just this morning and they disconnected my chat. This has been by far the most challenging purchase I have ever made. I have received a different story and promise from every CSR I've spoken with. There's no tracking of my call w/a customer number or any way to track my inquiries. GoDaddy has the worst customer service, just passes the buck and refuses to help!
