I paid the bill to create the domain and did not find it in my products

There can be several reasons why a purchased domain is not yet in your account.
1. Was this a domain purchased in auction? If so there is a period of payment verification before the domain is delivered to your account.
2. Did you check your Order History in the account to be sure that the payment was processed?
3. When the Registry checks for the availability of the domain, there can be false positives. When the true data comes through, the domain may not have been available.
