Domain sold but have not received payment

I received an email 6 days ago that a premium domain of mine had been sold. The domain was removed from my account, but I have not received payment. When I go to the seller dashboard, the domain is sitting in the not-sold tab but again I do not have the domain in my account.

Hello  I hope you are doing well. Actually, payment for the sale of your Premium Listing depends on several factors, including where the domain name sells and the listing price. According to GoDaddy policy, after the 5-day holding period, how quickly you receive funds depends on whether or not your payee account has a US-based address and was created after June 2014.

 

Transaction times depend on the payment method you selected when you created your payee. You can view this information in your payee account (more info).
