Depends on the status of the domain name. If the domain hasn't already been transferred into your own customer account with us, you may be able to work out with the current owner on transferring the domain from themselves to your account with the other registrar.
If the domain has already been moved into your own customer account with us, generally there is a hold period of 60 days. However this status can be reviewed on a case by case basis to see if it can be overridden. I'd recommend reaching out to our live support who can help review the domain status to confirm if that's possible before contacting our special review team who can remove the hold.
