Sold - Payout Request Submitted, question

Hi,

So I just sold my first premium lisiting domain and hope someone can shed some light as I am completely new to domain selling.

My question: The domain now shows "Sold - Payout Request Submitted" but what exactly does that mean? Does it mean payout to me request is submitted? Do i need to do anything?

thank you for your help

Re: Sold - Payout Request Submitted, question

Hi @namexclusive, thanks for posting.

Generally the payment is held for 5 days and then is issued to your Payee account on file.

If you have not received the funds or if you have further questions regarding your sale, I suggest you call Support to review your account in detail.

Hell @namexclusive

Yes this does mean that payout has been requested.  If you have still not received payment please reach out to Auctions@godaddy.com with your account info so we can confirm your payee settings.
