We made all the necessary initiate - approve - accept process yesterday and still the domain is not accessible...
What shall we do..
@novainteraction I'm not sure why people are having issues with this. I do an account change every other day but this rarely happens. Cancel the account transfer and then reinitiate it and let me know if that works.
If the change of account for the domain has been re-initiated, the recipient will have received an email to approve the move. If the registrant information was requested to be changed in the process, both the sender AND the recipient need to approve the move. These instructions will help you complete the process.
