Connect my GoDaddy domaine to my self hosted at home website

Hello everyone,

I have a little problem here.

I'm self hosting my website and I'm using "KickWeb Server" as a server to host my website.

KickWeb Server is an android application that I run on my old Samsung phone.

I use the server of my ISP as a router and I assigned to my webserver a static IP address.

I want to connect my website which is on this websever to my GoDaddy's domain name.

How to do ?

Thank you.

Zipplie.

@Zipplie

Assuming that your ISP has given you a static IP (or one that doesn't change that often) you should just have to enter that IP into the GoDaddy DNS and as long as you've opened port 80 for your internal IP or put it in the DMZ you should be good to go

You need to put the public IP (not the 192.168... or 10.0.0.... IP) into the DNS
