Hi there! Let me preface this with, I'm pretty tech illiterate. I'm a realtor, and have a website builder provided through plaster. I bought a domain through GoDaddy, and am having issues getting my site to load no matter what I do. Please help, it's been weeks of me trying to figure this out and going back and forth with GoDaddy and Placester.
There's gotta be something I'm missing. Now, it seems to be super close, because when I type in saraayersrealtor.com, it shows as

The "too many redirects" error indicates an issue with the coding on the website. The domain is functioning by finding the host, but the browser times-out with the redirects on the site. You'll need to speak to your hosting provider to determine the source and the resolution to the issue. Also double-check your setup with Placester for the use of the custom domain.
It seems both addresses are just redirecting back and forth between each other, an infinite loop. Ideally you would want a pair of nameservers or some DNS settings if that's available from your other provider, so that can be added to your domain name here to connect the two.
