Domain Lock "There was an error processing your request. Please try again."

Hi,

 

I am trying to transfer out of godaddy, but the lock won't come off - I have waited over an hour as stated but no change. The message I get is: There was an error processing your request. Please try again

 

Needless to say, try again and nothing happens. I am out of the UK at the moment and don't want to phone support, the seeming lack of the ability to just chat or email someone, is one of the reasons I want to transfer out. 


Anyone know how to resolve this, at the moment it feels like a deliberate thing to stall transfers?
