Domain Transfer - Unavailable for Transfer

Hi I've requested a Domain transfer (via Nominet) and received confirmation that the transfer is complete (a WHOIS also shows the domains with a GODADDY tag)

 

However, when I try to "purchase" the domains to add to my account, I get "Domain Unavailable for Transfer"

 

How do I get this fixed?

Hi @fowlesp,

 

You have not mentioned the domain, so we can't see where it may be. If you have already purchased the transfer in an account, the domain will move in minutes if the IPS tag was already updated. If it was purchased in another account, it will not allow for a second purchase as it will move there (is there a web designer or relative helping with the domain?). If the domain is expired or pending a registry approval it may also be unavailable until that action is completed.

 

A call or chat to customer support can help determine why you are not able to bring it into your account.
