Domain transfer stuck at "Account change in progress"

Three domains are being transferred to our account. we accepted the transfer and provided the code on Tuesday. 

 

It's now Friday and the transfer of the domains still have a status of "Account change in progress".  How long should this take ????   

 

In the past, I've transferred domains in less than a day.  Why is this one taking so long?     

 

Can someone at GoDaddy please check into this?

@ptechusa I responded to your other post. Have the other person go into the account change menu here: https://dcc.godaddy.com/transfers/out

 

Have them click all 3 domains and click "cancel transfer".

 

The give them your Godaddy customer ID number and your email address on file at Godaddy and have him initiate the transfer. Once he's initiated the transfer you should be able to login to Godaddy here: https://dcc.godaddy.com/transfers/in

 

Click on all 3 domains and on the menu above the list click on "accept." Let me know if that works.
