Holding my domain name hostage

I didn't know my domain name would be held hostage until August 31st, or I would not have bought it from GoDaddy.

I need for the name servers to change it to the following:

ns5.bravehost.com
ns6.bravehost.com

If this cannot be done so I can use my name, then I want to cancel my order and get a refund.

@MountainMamaMSB Domain names cannot be transferred for 60 days after registration. This is an ICANN policy and not put in place by Godaddy. Please follow my instructions in the attached image on how to update your nameservers.
