I have transferred IN a domain Old Administrator email is still the main contact

I have transferred my domain in form another registrar. All the contact details including the email address were transferred. I now cant make any changes to my domain as the system is waiting for approval from the sending administrator who claims they are not getting the email. I am stuck in limbo here without being able to edit my own domain.

Welcome, if the domain has completed transferring in, than an update can be done as follows. It only requires verification of the new email address and the address on the account.


We apologize for any delay, but the registering authorities have become much more stringent on these updates recently. Contact support if this doesn't resolve it, they can reset it.
