I tried to transfer .jp domain from another registrar. All went well and I authorized transaction with ID and security code. Later I received "Transaction rejected". Previous domain holder asked Godaddy Japan branch office, but they don't know why the transfer is rejected.
What to do?
Is there any support email at GoDaddy that can help?
I think it is unlocked.
I did Retry Authorization but no email received at registered email address and one day later Transfer Rejected appeared again.

If you wouldn't mind, posting the domain here may help others discover any roadblocks you're encountering. Beyond that, I would suggest contacting customer support. They should be able to see if there are any issues on our end preventing the transfer.
