We just transferred our domain from GoDaddy to Google. Before doing so we exported the email from Godaddy webmail so we could import into gmail. We forgot to export the sent items however. The transfer was completed not even 2 hours ago, but I can no longer login to the email account. Is there anyway I can still get access?
If you still have the email plan in your account with us, you can change back your MX records to access the account long enough to recover the sent folder. If the email account is gone, recreating the address in a new plan in the account within 14 days will restore the data. Contact our support team at one of the numbers below to find out your options.
