Total scam, my fault i didn't read the small print of this carefully advertised lie. I placed a bid but you didn't send to the owner yet. I want a refund. this service is destroying what i thought of you guys. Im very upset and will not let this lie.
Unfortunately, we won't be able to help on the forums. Most of us are volunteers with no access to account details of customers. We can help with tech related issues but not with account related issues. You'll need to contact phone support or live chat for a resolution. They should be able to issue a refund if they haven't already started working on contacting the domain owner. They may even issue one regardless. That would be your best bet.
