Is your GoCentral store set to US Dollars? If so, then that's what the Marketplace uses to post to the the various marketplaces.
It appears that once you engage Marketplaces -- currency is set and there is no way to back it out or change -- at least that I could find.
If you need to reset your store and marketplaces to another currency (they must use the same), you'll have to contact GoDaddy Support for further assistance.

You can use the instructions here to change the currency setting in your Online Store. There are additional links within the article for enabling international currencies. By default, the currency is paired with your Country/Region choice. If you change the currency, it may take several minutes for the change to be applied throughout your store. But be aware that your choice of country may affect your available payment method since not every method is supported worldwide (or by the payment processing providers in the region you have chosen).
