I am trying UNSUCCESSFULLY to complete the integration as outlined on this page...
The page speaks of looking for "APPS" on the Website Builder Dashboard, but there is no such thing.
I am trying to add a new form I created but I cannot.

@vcrandon I had a look and realized that the help article you linked below is referring to the old version of Website Builder (v7), not GoCentral. I'm so sorry for the confusion, and I've asked the team to get that article updated immediately.
To add a new form to your GoCentral site:
1. add a section
2. select the "Contact Us" section type
3. scroll down in the pane and see a "contact form" option
4. select that and then you can customize the form fields and make the form visible
You can have multiple forms on your site in this way (and of course can change the title of the section from "Contact Us" to anything you want.
