I've been using the reseller program for sometime now and figured this issue would eventually be corrected however it doesn't seem that is the case. My logo is a PNG with a transparent background so that it will work over all the different places the reseller program puts in (email, login, header). While the logo shows up properly in most places like the main page of the client area, some of the sub pages of the client area seem to have issues such as the profile settings page. See attached images for more.
Not sure if this is a bug or what but doesn't look good to my customers. 🙂
Hi @COdyJMathis. I'm not sure if that is something our Reseller team is already aware of or not. I'll see what I can find out for you. I'll update here if I have more information.
