Can I install composer and node js on "Deluxe" shared hosting?

Hello,

Last year, I asked if godaddy supports installing of compose and node js, but,  based on the docs, it  can't be done.

Would like to ask again since I saw on some forums on quora and stackoverflow that you allow now.

Is it true? Would like to confirm. Do you have a guide ?

Composer can be installed locally... just downaload the composer.phar and run it through php ie:
php composer.phar require('blah blah...
