Deluxe Managed WordPress Websites confirmation email not received

I helped a person set up a domain and hosting. I guess there was an email sent to him to verify the address. The site is now down because the email has not been verified. He says he never got it. So we want to change the email to a different account. I changed the email in the account settings, but how to resend it I cannot find and to resend it and to make sure what address it was sent to. HELP!

You must ask Godaddy to asst on it. As you've purchased it freshly, if it goes wrong ask them to reset your account or you too can do that from your main account area.
