Hi, I'm upgrading a site for someone else and after enabling SSH, when trying to manage the hosting domain I'm being hit with "You don't have a hosting plan". If this is some issue due to the server upgrade, I would've appreciated a warning in relation to that so I know what's going on. Is the owner supposed to enable something via email or did we forego that because he already authorized me as a delegate?
