How to stop index.html.bak.bak malware from GoDaddy Server

Hello,

Is there any system in place for GoDaddy to scan its Shared Servers for rootkits?

My shared hosting is getting infected by a php malware. It renames my index.html to index.html.bak.bak and create a index.php in which it runs malicious code.

Even after changing all passwords and removed all malicious code, next day again same thing happens.

There are no cron jobs in my interface.

So, what can be done to resolve this?
