Did you make a backup of your database files?
I think you may have to start over with phpAdmin and therefore loose your database. I don't think there is a reset button as this would be a security flaw (anyone could request a reset).
I'm not 100% sure on this though, but my gut tells me it's correct because I did exactly the same thing once long ago. I now make backups for anything important.
If you relax a little, and get away from it for a little while, it may come back to you. Think about all the 'old' passwords you have picked. The way you pick them, the style and format.
You could give support a call. I hope that they can help you with this.
>Log in to your GoDaddy account.
>Click Web Hosting.
>Next to the hosting account you want to use, click Manage. In the Databases section, click the type of database you're using.
>From your list of databases, click Actions next to the database you want to use, and then click Details.
>In the Password section, click Reset.
>Enter the new password you would like to use in the Enter New Password and Confirm New >Password fields. Click Change
Have a nice wonderful day
