I just reset my godaddy (shared hosting) account and set it up from the beginning. After this my main domain is not working and giving an DNS error.
Is it normal after resetting the godaddy account? Will the DNS take some time to propagate again?

@crysalwhisler can you post your domain name?
Also, is it a linux shared hosting?
@crysalwhisler it looks like your domain does not have DNS records.
Since it shows as registered at hostgator, you should follow this guide.
And in the A record, you should put the server IP you see in your cpanel dashboard.
Hope it helps!
Website(s) IP Address
This is my Server IP right?
I already have it in my DNS records. Sharing a screen shot. https://imgur.com/L0cQAgO
Before resetting my account I had a different website IP address, it changed upon resetting.
@crysalwhisler yes, that's correct.
However, it looks like you are using hostgator's nameservers instead of godaddy's, so that config will not be doing anything.
In order to make that config to work you can either change the nameservers in hostgator (so you use godaddy's), or add all these DNS records in your hostgator account.
Hope it helps!
@jpablo I forwarded the domain successfully from hostgator to point to the godaddy's name servers a long time ago. Eveything was working fine until yesterday when I had a problem and I had to reset my hosting account.
My earlier website address was 10.xx.xx.x (something like that), after I reset my account the only thing that got changed was the website address which is now 126.96.36.199.
All the DNS records are in place both in hostgator and godaddy but the website giving DNS error.
I just want to know that is it normal and we have to wait for it to propagte with the new IP address?
There is something we need to do to get back live?
No its setup properly I'm sure.
