Malwares are generating automatically in our business hosting

Hello all

we have a business hosting that contain 50 websites. yday on wards all folders we can see a .htacess file and in root

ets.php
hi.htm
lock360.php
wp-load.php
xmrlpc.php
wp-admin (folder)
new-index.php
content.php

We tried to remove it but generating automatically. 

changed account login, cpanel password, remove ftps but still no use.

Can any one help? we are really struggling because of lockdown and unable to access the office where backup is kept.

I suggest installing WordFence on all 50 sites and running a scan - by nature of a cPanel server if one site is affected EVERY site is affected since they all operate under the same user.
