Non-www to www redirection not working

htaccess rules are working fine.

There can be six variations
bizappln.com, www. bizappln.com,http:// bizappln.com, http://www. bizappln.com, https:// bizappln.com, https://www. bizappln.com.

I want to make sure that all these variations redirectto https://www. bizappln.com.

2 and 4th versions are not redirected from non-www to www.

Can I create a CNAME record "www" point to root domain(A record)?

Looking forward to all of your suggestions.

Your site does not appear to be hosted on GoDaddy. This sort of redirect is a server side setting. So you'll need to look at your server settings.
