    Root Access in Linux Starter Plan

    I wanted to know how to get Root Access to my Linux Starter Plan. I want to install FFMPEG and FFPROBE. Are they already installed. If not how can I get them?

    Hi @Parik_Man_2004. For our Shared Hosting plans, you would not be able to obtain root access. You would need a VPS or Dedicated Server to be able to do that. Also, FFMPEG is available if your cPanel plan uses PHP 7.2. However, FFPROB is not available, nor would you be able to install it. Sorry Man Sad
