when i upload my website not working and display to me this error

I'm going to suggest that this is fixed. I get access to a colorful schools website with cartoon characters and such when I attempt to access your domain name. It looks like it's working to me.

 

If you did resolve the issue, may I suggest you post the fix here so the next person can benefit?
