webformmailer.php not working

gdform.php not working

and now that I have installed the forum that specific website domain cant be accessed

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access / on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

all my other domains are working

what is the use of having the community if no one can fix the issues or give a direct answer?

I need the email to work and I obviously need my domain to work... can I get a refund for each day my domain is not working??????

What am I paying godaddy for????

looks like I need to find a new domain hosting company.... fast.

Hello @DigitalPhunc,

There are basically 3 types of forum members.

  1. Normal users like yourself.
  2. Moderators (staff employees).
  3. Godaddy Pro Members.

And of those 3 types the ones who can help the most are usually Pro members, but, one caveat, only sometimes by introducing you as a client, by sending an access request (see link below)

https://www.godaddy.pro/AngelHall-Coulston  aka @rammsteinium

Because the only other people who you can trust to access your account, are support(see link below)

https://www.godaddy.com/contact-us.aspx

So when you say "what is the use of having the community if no one can fix the issues or give a direct answer?" Part of the problem is that folk who are trying to help, often have to make educated guesses as to the root of the problem because there are sometimes problems only access will reveal.

So the greater the details you give, and the more readable your query, the better the answers you will get.

Remember the only paid staff here are the moderators and the 'Pro' bit as in GoDaddy Pro, does not stand for 'Pro bono'.......... And THAT is why you should appreciate the support service that godaddy provides, because that is free................. but nobody will fix your site for free and you should be grateful for any help offered.

You are NOT paying godaddy for the maintenance of your site!! That's your responsibility!

But ask nicely, give me your domain name and email (private message me with these details) and I will try and run a few checks for you. That's the best I, or anyone can do without access.

It's late here in Scotland so I will be going to bed soon, so it will have to wait until tomorrow now.

Good night 🌙
